國民黨內總統初選民調即將起跑，目前僅立法院副院長洪秀柱1人奮戰。不過，近日黨內另一勸進聲大的立法院長王金平，卻被外界質疑，最近都將院會主持交洪秀柱，是在「技術性卡洪」。對此，王金平今（11）早直呼，「我1個人能分3個身嗎？」他表示，有許多法案都需要靠院長協商，才能順利進行，且歷任正副院長都是這樣合作的。

有媒體報導，王金平最近少主持院會，都委託洪秀柱代為主持，被外界解讀是在「技術性卡洪」，要把參與國民黨內總統初選的洪秀柱綁在立法院。不過，王金平今早受訪喊冤，「我1個人能分3個身嗎？」他指出，請洪秀柱代為主持，是因為自己都要去協商法案，而朝野協商是需要花很多時間才能完成的，院會只是一般的程序會議，因此要讓院會順利走，最主要還是靠協商。

王金平也更進一步提到，過去的正副院長都是這樣合作的，重要的法案會由院長協商，一般性事務則讓副手幫忙。他表示，自己當年擔任副院長時，前立法院長劉松藩也是讓他有主持院會的機會，累積經驗。

而媒體提問，這樣被傳「卡洪」會不會有點冤枉？王金平則說，「無所謂，每個人都有看法，不必在意」。
